Lot owners with Motor Homes and Trailers will enjoy the 11X50 foot concrete RV parking pad. Owners who choose Park Model or Resort Model styles will have "stairless" entries as these units are grade set / pit set. Grade set/pit set installation affords extraordinary energy efficiency as well as more pleasing architectural presentation. Extra storage is available with the optional Casita. These handsome buildings compliment the lot and have an eight foot side wall and peaked roofed.

Varying sizes of Casitas may be installed, depending on lot square footage. Each lot is equipped with 200 AMP electrical service, so ample power is available to the Casita. Casita water and sewer connections are also available. A centrally located hose bib is provided on all lots for landscape irrigation and general convenience.

Basic cable TV, water, sewer and refuse collection are included in the monthly association fee. Optional digital television, HDTV, broadband internet and telephone service are prewired to the lot pedestal.
