Reservation Deposit:
Reserve your stay with a $250.00 deposit for 1 month and over; 1 month reservations for January, February and March are not available. Reservations may be cancelled with 30-day written notice; a $50.00 administrative fee for cancellation will be charged. In the case of applicable electricity charges, a monthly meter fee of $1.90 and a monthly administrative fee of $7.50 will be made. We will require a $50.00 Electric Deposit at time of check-in.

Rules and Regulations

• One occupant must be at least 55 years of age
• No one under the age of 18 may stay in the resort (Children/Visitors are allowed during designated Holidays; ask for details)
• All rents are based on two person occupancy; for additional occupants a charge will be assessed
• A maximum of two (approved) pets are allowed
• If your RV is over 10 years old, it is subject to inspection prior to occupancy. A current photo of your Coach, Fifth Wheel and/or Tow Vehicle are required at time of making your reservation.
• One RV per lot
• RV must be fully contained
• Fifth Wheels must be a minimum of 24' in length.
• Utility trailers, car trailers, boats, etc. must be stored outside the resort. Tow dollies may be kept on the lot if stored under the rear of the RV.
