Terms and Conditions

The Palms is a 55+ active lifestyle community. The Palms is a pet-friendly resort. Proof of current pet vaccinations must be provided within 15 days of reservation date. Check-out is 11:00 am; Check-in is at 3:00 pm.

Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.

Rent for entire reserved term is due upon check-in, is based on 30-night stay by a maximum of two persons; a fee per additional person will be charged. All guests must register.

Daily and Weekly rental rates include electric service, water and sewer service, basic satellite service and refuse collection.

Monthly and Seasonal rates include water and sewer service, basic satellite service and refuse collection.

There is a monthly charge for electricity usage of .08 per kWh plus a monthly meter reading fee of $1.90 and a monthly administrative fee of $7.50.

A $50.00 deposit for electricity usage is due upon check-in. A $20.00 fee per lost mailbox key will be charged.

Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policies

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, check, travelers check or money order.

A deposit of $250.00 reserves a stay of one month or more. The Weekly non-refundable deposit is $100.00.

No refunds will be made on daily or weekly deposits or rents.

There is a $50.00 administrative fee on all monthly or seasonal cancellations.

RV Requirements

All RVs are subject to inspection and are accepted at Management’s discretion. A current photo of your RV, 5th Wheel, Motor Home and tow vehicle must be provided 15 days prior to arrival. All RVs must be fully contained, well kept and in good condition.
