Class Description: This low impact class will be easy on your joints, and exercises may be done on a chair or large exercise ball. You will be working all muscle groups to help improve mobility and stability, strengthen your back and core, improve balance and build lean muscle so you feel confident again.
Required Equipment: Non-skid mat, large exercise ball, resistance bands with handles, and a loop band. Examples of these may be seen on Amazon following these links:
Instructor Bio: Sandra Brown is a Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist (American Council on Exercise) and a Fall Prevention Instructor (Spokane Community College). Sandra loves teaching group fitness classes to help people develop stronger muscles to gain confidence in their active daily living.
