Stretching and flexibility
A wellness class that moves you through a series of poses and stretches to focus on range of motion, easing tight muscles, and improving flexibility. The exercises are done while standing, sitting, and lying down with variations available if required. This class is also a wonderful followup to doing STRIVE, allowing lactic acid to dissipate and lessening sore muscles the next day.
Required:
Bare feet or grippy yoga socks
A yoga mat
Hydration
We also suggest you bring a bath towel for added support and comfort in some positions.
