Strength building and toning
This 50 minute class is a fusion of yoga, pilates and body weight exercises. It is about progressing in full body strength, mitigating the risk of future osteoporosis, toning muscles and building neuromuscular control. Modifications will be rarely offered, instead individuals can vary the depth of movement or the duration of the exercise to suit their personal needs.

You must be able to stand, kneel, and lay down.
