Join us in the Ballroom starting at 8:00 am
This Fitness class is FREE for all Palms Residents and their guests.
Please Note: This is a self-guided fitness session rather than an instructor-led class.
We provide the Leslie Sansone videos and a great space to move, making it easy for everyone to follow along at their own pace!
If you are looking for a workout that is gentle on the joints but brings results… this is a great way to start your day. Perfect for beginners and seasoned walkers alike, the program uses a rhythmic, easy-to-follow system that focuses on:
Cardio Conditioning: High Energy walks that will get your heart pumping.
Total Body Engagement: Incorporates simple arm movements and “boosted” intervals to maximize results.
Flexibility & Variety: Every day is different and we work thru 1, 2, 3 or 4 mile sessions.
No additional Equipment Needed: This program doesn’t require hand weights or stretchy bands – but you are welcome to customize the workout to fit your needs.
