MAILROOM INFO & HOURS
The Mailroom is located in the breezeway between the LOA office and the Sales Office.

MAILROOM HOURS ::
November 1st – March 31st
Monday – Friday ~ 1:00pm – 3:00pm
April 1st – October 31st
The Mailroom has no set hours. Mail and packages are sorted and forwarded. Packages can be retrieved from the LOA Office during office hours – or – by calling Security during off hours.
WEEKENDS – The Mailroom is closed – if you need to retrieve a package in an emergency (example : medicine) – please contact Security :: 928-502-0969
OUTGOING MAILBOX
The black outgoing mailbox is located on the wall next to the Sales Office to the right of the entrance. You can also leave your outgoing mail with the Mailroom staff / or LOA Office Staff when they are open.
MAILBOX NUMBER & KEYS
Your mailbox number is the same as your lot number. One mailbox key will be provided. You will be charged $25.00 to replace a lost or non-returned key.

MAIL DELIVERY
Delivery Schedule: Incoming mail is delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding Federal Holidays).
How it Works: Once the USPS arrives, mail is sorted and placed in your individual mailbox by our dedicated Postal Loco Volunteers.
Please note: The Resort does not control the specific time the US Postal Service arrives each day.
RETRIEVING MAIL
You can only retrieve your mail by using your mailbox key or by showing the Mailroom Workers a picture identification card each time.
PACKAGE PICKUP
Large Items & Packages A notification slip will be placed in your mailbox for items too large to fit. To collect your package, present your slip at:
The LOA Office (During office hours)
The Mailroom (During normal hours)
Urgent Items (Medicine) If your package contains medicine or essential items that cannot wait until the office opens:

STAMPS & SUPPLIES
Stamps may be purchased from the Mailroom or the LOA Office during open hours.
Domestic Stamps $0.80 each.
International / Canada $2.40 each
(or three Domestic Stamps)
Priority Shipping boxes are available in the Mailroom.
FORWARDING LABELS
Forwarding labels can be obtained from the Mailroom for $2.00. REQUEST MAIL FORWARDING. Please access this link to provide forwarding instructions for the mailroom.
MAIL WITHIN THE RESORT
Mailing to others within the Resort may be done free of charge.
You must use your Lot # for the return address.
FORWARDING & DEPARTURE
Important: USPS Forwarding The US Postal Service WILL NOT honor standard forwarding requests to or from the resort since we are a “consolidated drop,” all forwarding must be handled internally through our Mailroom.
How to Set Up Forwarding:
Authorized Pickup: If a specific person is picking up your mail , please leave their name with us – we will make sure they are able to pickup the mail that comes in to you. To forward it to your new / summer address – we will need address labels Available for $2.00 from the Mailroom. Please fill out the form on this link REQUEST MAIL FORWARDING so we have the correct information for handling your mail.
Provide Labels: Leave pre-printed address labels with the Mailroom volunteers.

OWNER / RENTER BOXES
Renting Your Lot? If you are renting your property, you are responsible for notifying both the LOA Office and the Mailroom with:
- The tenant’s full name(s).
- Their exact length of stay.
- Note: You must repeat this notification for every new tenant.
Guests & Deliveries If you have guests staying with you who are ordering packages in their own name:
You must notify the Mailroom in advance, or the items may be marked “Return to Sender.”
SPECIAL INFORMATION
The Resort Staff or Postal Loco Volunteer WILL NOT SIGN to accept certified, special delivery or other similar correspondence on your behalf.
A notice of attempted delivery of such articles will be left in the mailbox, and you will need to pick the item up from the Main Post Office of the US Postal Service, located at 2222 S. 4th Avenue, Yuma.
The Resort Management, staff or other authorized individuals assume no responsibility and are not liable for the timely delivery of such articles of correspondence.
