LOCATION

The Mailroom is located in the breezeway between the LOA office and the Sales Office.

OUTGOING MAILBOX

The black outgoing mailbox is located on the wall next to the Sales Office to the right of the entrance. You can also leave your outgoing mail with the Mailroom staff when they are open.

Monday – Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm

April 1st – October 31st
The Mailroom has no set hours. Mail and packages are sorted and forwarded. Packages can be retrieved from the LOA Office during office hours – or – by calling Security during off hours.

WEEKENDS – The Mailroom is closed – if you need to retrieve a package in an emergency (example : medicine) – please contact Security. Security :: 928-502-0969

MAILBOX NUMBER
& KEYS

Your mailbox number is the same as your lot number. One mailbox key will be provided. You will be charged $25.00 to replace a lost or non-returned key.

MAIL DELIVERY

Incoming mail is delivered to the Resort by the US Postal Service on Monday – Saturday. With the exception of Federal Holidays. Mail is placed in your mailbox by Postal Loco Volunteers. The Resort has no control over the delivery hours of the US Postal Service.

RETRIEVING MAIL

You can only retrieve your mail with your mailbox key or a picture identification card each time. Mail pickup by box holder should be done on a regular basis.

PACKAGE PICKUP

A notification slip will be placed in your mailbox for packages and other items that are too large to fit in your mailbox. To pick up the item, present the notification slip to the Mailroom during normal hours of operation or the the LOA office during their hours.

STAMPS

Stamps may be purchased from the Mailroom or the LOA Office during open hours.

COST

Domestic Stamps $0.80 each.
International / Canada $2.40 each
or three Domestic Stamps.

SHIPPING BOXES

Priority Shipping boxes are available in the Mailroom.

FORWARDING LABELS

Forwarding labels can be obtained from the Mailroom for $2.00 and printed with the forwarding address.

MAIL WITHIN THE RESORT

Mailing to others within the Resort may be done free of charge. You must use your Lot # for the return address.

FORWARDING MAIL

Upon your departure from the Resort, it is your responsibility to provide directions for the forwarding of your mail or the authorized individual to pick up your mail and packages. The US Postal Service will not honor any forwarding requests from your address to the Resort, as this address is designated as a consolidated drop by the US Postal Service. Your mail can be forwarded, if you leave address labels with the Mailroom Only first class mail, magazines, priority or express mail and packages will be forwarded. Mail addressed to Rental Guests and received after departure , if no address labels are provided, will be returned to sender. Mail addressed to Lot Owners will be placed in your mailbox, unless the Mailroom has been provided with address labels.

OWNER / RENTER BOXES

If you own a lot and chose to rent it, you are responsible for notifying the LOA office and the Mailroom of your tenant’s name(s) and length of stay. If you have guest(s) stating and ordering items you must notify the Mailroom or the item may be returned. If you choose not to provide a mail box key you must inform the renter they must provide a picture identification card each time to pick up mail or packages. Each time you have a new tenant you must notify all entities of the details.

SPECIAL INFORMATION

The Resort Staff or Postal Loco Volunteer WILL NOT SIGN to accept certified, special delivery or other similar correspondence on your behalf. A notice of attempted delivery of such articles will be left in the mailbox, and you will need to pick the item up from the Main Post Office of the US Postal Service, located at 2222 S. 4th Avenue, Yuma.

The Resort Management, staff or other authorized individuals assume no responsibility and are not liable for the timely delivery of such articles of correspondence.
