We are thrilled to announce the start of our 2026-2027 season by welcoming back the incredibly talented Chef Lucy to the kitchen of Palms Cafe 55 Restaurant!
Bringing her extensive skills and formal knowledge in Culinary Arts, Chef Lucy is ready to fuel her passion for cooking and elevate our menu. Get ready for a season filled with even more great food and delightful dining experiences.
Since 2016
Chef Lucy Sedano has been cooking for over 22 years. Her dream started at the age of 6 when she helped her grandmother prepare meals. They would spend countless hours in the kitchen discussing making meals from scratch, like making corn tortillas the traditional way with no electrical equipment but rather with bare hands. It seemed that from these encounters with her grandmother, her senses such as smell, touch, taste and visuals awoke inside and her passion for cooking began.
Now with over two decades of knowledge and education her passion for cooking continues in Top Mealz. Tasting is believing.
