A Southern-Style Cabana Dinner
Head down to Cafe’ 55 on Wednesday, March 11th, for a mid-week Cabana Dinner. Chef Lucy has planned a Southern-inspired menu that is the perfect mid week meal.
A generous half-rack of Louisiana Dry-Rub Pork Ribs, slow-cooked to perfection. Served with a classic Baked Potato and buttery Sweet Corn on the Cob
