- Wine-Braised Pot Roast — tender sliced beef finished with a rich mushroom and red wine sauce
- Cranberry-Crowned Stuffed Chicken — herb-roasted chicken breast filled with spinach and cheese, topped with cranberry relish
- Vegetarian Harvest Squash — roasted acorn squash filled with wild rice, spinach, cranberries, and toasted pecans
Served with scalloped potatoes, green beans with almonds, a winter greens salad, and dinner rolls. Finish with a choice of holiday pie Pumpkin or Apple Pie and coffee Station
