Cookie Potluck
The upcoming Christmas Cookie Potluck is a tasty seasonal event that’s quite different from a traditional cookie exchange.
Rather than the usual swap where everyone brings a batch of their homemade cookies to trade, this gathering is all about simply coming together to enjoy the fruits of everyone’s baking labor!

CHASE THE ACE
Chase the Ace will be part of the magical Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony on December 3rd at the Chapel! Don’t miss your chance to catch that Ace and win big—just in time for the holidays.
Tickets will be available from 6:00–7:00 pm, and the draw will take place during the intermission.

Yard Sale @ The Palms
There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a Community-Wide Yard Sale, when neighbors come together to share their pre-loved treasures and search for new favorites.
On December 6th, the Palms will transform into a lively marketplace as residents set up their displays.
9:00 AM to noon.
It’s the perfect chance to clear out your own space while discovering great deals on items that still have plenty of life in them.
To make sure your lot number appears on the map, be sure to register at the Activities Office by Friday, December 5th at noon.
Get ready for the thrill of the hunt—you never know what hidden gems you’ll find at our community-wide celebration of secondhand shopping!
